The client asked for the ornament to represent the growth and change that comes with becoming a mother. The fall leaves behind her back symbolize the end of certain parts of ourselves and the changes we go through traded for the giving of life and all the challenges, growth, and rebirth that comes with it, represented by the greenery sprouting from the baby.
