Shipping policy

Every piece has an economy free shipping option with a 5-8 day transit time. If you would like it to get to your destination sooner, you can choose a faster option and that will be a fee on your end as the customer. 

I do my best to ensure every piece is packaged with care, but unexpected things can happen en route from my home to yours. If, upon removing your piece from the package, your piece has been damaged en route, please contact me immediately and I will ensure that it will be taken care of. 

Removing Piece from the Package upon Arrival: Remove your piece as carefully as possible. Do not pull on the glass when removing from the box. Pull out while holding onto the skull itself. 

Mounting Your Piece (for skulls): Hang the mounting cord off of a study long nail with a wide head (included in your package, depending on the piece). Depending on the piece, 2 nails might be necessary. If your skull comes with glass, they might be shifted a bit by the time you pull it out of the package and mount the piece, so gently tug them back into the right position. 

Cleaning: Use water or glass cleaner on a soft cloth to wipe down the glass when necessary and a dry cloth on the skull to dust.
